First time you open it: the build is an unsigned alpha, so macOS will say it’s from an “unidentified developer.” Right-click (Control-click) Cinder in Applications, choose Open, then confirm — once only. For the AI, install Python: pip install numpy scipy librosa openai and enter your OpenAI key in the app.
